Jewellery prices can vary due to exposure to foreign exchange rates and may change without notice.
Price of gold, silver, semi precious, metal and raw materials are subject to commodities price index and, as consequence, can change without notice.
Discounts and Promotion Offers
Privé Bridal reserves the right to alter any discounts and promotion offers anytime without notice.
Packaging, Handling, Freight and Shipping
All deliveries within New Zealand are delivered by NZ Couriers, unless requested otherwise, tracked and request signature. Each order confirmation will have a tracking number to allow you to track your parcel.
Shipping cost includes postage, packaging and handling excepted for special orders.
Orders over 25 kgs will be delivered by carrier unless requested otherwise. Shipping cost to be advised.
At times, circumstances beyond Privé Bridal control may cause delay in the shipping of the goods. For more information please see check out our “delivery & returns” page.
Theft and Loss During Transit
Privé Bridal, its employees, agents and subcontractors do not guarantee the Goods against theft, loss damage or any other deleterious acts during transit and after receipt of the delivery by the purchaser, their nominated agent, express or implied.
Product Descriptions and Site Content
Privé Bridal web site is high resolution to accurately portray, show and describe our products. However, Privé Bridal, its employees, Agents and sub contractors do not warrant that the purchased goods will be identical to the photographic representation due to:
- Various computer configurations, colors shown on your monitor may also be different from the actual color of the products.
- Some production processes might result slightly different production outcomes beyond control of the manufacturer and Privé Bridal.
- Other factors that may distorts photographic integrity of the exhibited goods.
We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however due to the nature of some of our products, they may not be the exact items that are seen in the photo.
Also, the items may appear larger or smaller in pictures, so please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions.
If you received any of our products that are faulty or not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition. For more information regarding our returns policy, please check out our “delivery and return” page.
Handmade beads and products may vary in shape & colour due to the handmade nature & craft processes. Privé Bridal has no liability of any changes in design or colour of the products. Allowance has been made for a small amount of imperfect products in each batch.
While Privé Bridal use a tight control to maintain an accurate stock level of our products, and despite our best effort to keep our web site up to date, products you ordered may not be available, discontinued or out of stock. In such case, we offer the options to substitute it with another product, to refund the cost of the out of stock items, or to issue credit for future use. Our customer service will contact you in all cases to discuss your options.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
All orders are sent tracked via New Zealand Couriers. If an order is not received, a claim will be raised on your behalf and the freight company will contact you for verification. Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process, so please bear this in mind.
All orders are packed with the utmost care and protective packaging to avoid any damage being caused in transit.
