Items damaged in transit to you will be replaced. We will refund the purchase price of an item if you find it to be unsuitable once it arrives. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery that you wish to return your item(s) for refund. All items returned must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging (due to hygiene considerations earrings can not be returned). The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit of items being returned to us. Refunds will be made exclusive of Paypal or Credit Card transaction fees charged (if any).
